Mode of application
- Use a massage brush to perform a dry massage procedure. The procedure is performed by direct strokes and circular movements, rubbing is performed from the bottom up, along the lines of the lymphatic flow.
- Start the massage from the legs, gradually rising higher. Massage the hips and buttocks in circular motions, relieve pressure in the abdomen and chest.
- Rub your back with straight movements, from the lower back and up.
- Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively.
