According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994r. (Appendix No. 3 - List of goods) - perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items can only be returned or exchanged if:
● the product does not correspond to the order (assortment, quantity)
● the product has no traces of use
● the product is completed in its original packaging
● Quality assurance from the manufacturer
● Confirmed by certificates, sanitary conclusions and quality certificates
● Guarantee from LANTALE - personally verified
