Classic retinol goes through multiple conversion steps in the skin: retinol → retinaldehyde → retinoic acid. Only the final form works, and part of its efficacy is lost along the way — while irritation remains. In our formula, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate is an ester of retinoic acid, meaning it is already in its active form: it acts on cells without any conversion steps. Spicules (Hydrolyzed Sponge) are microscopic marine sponge needles that create microchannels in the stratum corneum, allowing active ingredients to penetrate deeper than they would on their own.
Cream features:
- Reduces wrinkles, uneven texture, dullness, enlarged pores, pigmentation, and post-acne marks.
- Suitable for all skin types; if prone to irritation, start with 2–3 times a week.
- Recommended for ages 30–50. Evening use only.
Retinol increases sun sensitivity. Daily SPF 30+ is mandatory, and SPF 50 during sunny months. Without this, the course is meaningless: the skin renews at night and acquires new pigmentation during the day.
The power of the night formula:
- Ready-to-use form — Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate acts on cells without two conversion stages in the skin.
- Spicules — marine sponge microneedles open the way for actives deep into the stratum corneum.
- Rich texture — the cream seals the skin barrier and works all night long without leaving stickiness.
- Gentle profile — squalane, panthenol, and evening primrose oil retain moisture while the retinoid works.
- Tone and pores — pigmentation, post-acne marks, and uneven texture are where the retinoid works most noticeably.
- Nighttime — skin regeneration peaks during sleep, meaning the course does not conflict with your daytime routine.
How to use:
- Apply the cream to clean, dry skin in the evening with light massaging motions, avoiding the eye area.
- The cream is designed for daily evening use (or 2–3 times a week at the start). It ensures effective skin renewal during sleep.
- Retinol use makes the skin more sensitive to solar radiation. Use SPF 30+ or SPF 50 daily, even on cloudy days.
