Mode of application

1. Use a massage brush to perform a dry massage procedure. The procedure is performed with direct strokes and circular movements, rubbing should be done from the bottom up, along the lines of lymph movement.

Start the massage from the legs, gradually rising higher. In a circular motion, treat the hips and buttocks, relieve pressure in the abdomen and chest.

Rub the back with direct movements, from the lower back and above.

Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively.
