Application method
Use the brush before taking a shower on dry skin. Massage intensively, with light pressure, from the bottom up along the lines of lymphatic drainage. Start with the feet, massage the hips and buttocks with circular and straight movements from the bottom up, relieve the pressure in the abdomen and chest. Rub the back with straight movements, from the lower back to the shoulder blades. Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively. After a dry massage, it is necessary to take a contrast shower to wash away the particles of the epidermis and cool the skin. The duration of the massage is 10-15 minutes, the time should be increased gradually. We recommend performing the procedure 3-4 times a week. After that, apply the batter on dry skin with massaging movements until it is completely absorbed.
