Epsom Salt, also known as magnesium salt, magnesium sulfate, bitter or English salt, is a natural mineral rich in easily digestible magnesium. These are small snow-white crystals that are extracted from natural sources rich in magnesium.
A magnesium bath with Epsom salt is a pleasant and relaxing procedure that helps to recover after a hard day, relieve fatigue and relax.
Magnesium baths:

If it is not possible to take a general bath, you can make foot baths that will provide almost the same effect. Use the baths as a course or as needed when you want to relax. A warm magnesium bath is an affordable way to relax and recover at any time of the year.

- Relieves the effects of stress.
The main component of the product is magnesium sulfate.
Baths and tubs with Epsom salt can also be used for children (with a lower concentration).
How to use
For a general bath: Add Epsom salt to warm water. For a 50–100 liter bath, use 150–350 g of salt.
The water temperature should be 37–38°C.
Take a bath for 20–30 minutes.
Drink a glass of water or herbal tea before the procedure to enhance the detoxification effect.
To achieve a lasting positive result, a course of 8–10 procedures is recommended. In the future, use the baths as needed.
