Directions for use:
- Remove the gloss from the entire nail surface using a 180-grit buff or a 240-grit file, then apply JOIA vegan Nail Dryer dehydrator and JOIA vegan Nail Primer acid-free primer.
- Apply and cure a thin layer of UV/LED Latex Base, UV/LED BB Cream Base, or Smart Base HEMA Free JOIA vegan. Curing time in a LED lamp is 60 seconds.
- Apply neon gel polish and cure in a 48 W LED lamp for at least 60 seconds. If necessary, repeat the procedure after curing the first layer.
- Apply a glossy or matte top coat of your choice: Aqua Gloss Top / UV Stop Top / Soft Touch Top JOIA vegan and cure in a 48 W LED lamp for at least 60 seconds.
- Cover these gel polishes with UV-filter top coats to ensure the neon pigment retains its vibrancy for as long as possible.
