You need to move the Guasha “heart”, rose quartz along the massage lines: from the wings of the nose to the temporal areas; from the tip of the nose up to the central part of the forehead; from the center of the forehead to the temples. Sequence: from bottom to top, first the right side of the face is worked out, then the left. The first sessions are advised to do no longer than 10 minutes, gradually the time can be extended up to 40 minutes.
